This page describes how the Clockframe marketing site (the pages you're browsing right now) handles data — not how the Clockframe product itself handles workforce data once an organization deploys it, which is governed by a separate data processing agreement between Clockframe and that organization.
This marketing site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind. There are no newsletter forms, comment sections, or account systems on these pages, so we never collect an email address, a name, or any other identifying information just from someone browsing the site.
The site is served as static files. Standard hosting-level technical logs (such as IP address and requested page) may be kept by the hosting provider for security and uptime purposes, consistent with normal web-hosting practice — Clockframe itself does not access, sell, or share any such logs.
For how the Clockframe product itself is designed to handle monitored employees' data — what's visible to them, what employers can and can't configure — see the guides in our Employee Monitoring Software section, in particular the guide on transparent monitoring and consent.
