Clockframe is workforce-visibility software: time tracking, productivity analytics, and — for teams that need it — employee monitoring, built around one working principle: people behave differently, and usually worse, around monitoring they didn't agree to and can't see the results of. So the product is built the other way around — visible to the people being measured, not just to the people asking for the report.
We built Clockframe because most of the tools in this category are designed entirely for the buyer (a manager or an ops lead) and treat the person actually being tracked as a passive data source. That produces monitoring programs employees route around, resent, or simply stop trusting — which defeats the actual point of collecting the data in the first place.
Every account on Clockframe, from a five-person agency to a large distributed team, gets the same core commitment: employees can see what's collected about them, employers can't enable hidden or covert tracking modes, and every monitoring feature ships with a plain-language explanation of what it does and doesn't capture.
