Knowledge Information Solutions (KIS), headquartered in Virginia Beach, announces that the company has designed and is marketing the first advanced technology of its kind in Virginia for the Windsor Police Department’s Dodge Charger. Selecting the premier vendors from the company’s many technology partners, and designing a one-source system through KIS technology engineering department, the Windsor Police Department now has a Dodge Charger which provides reliable, secure, high-speed monitoring and communications at a cost which was previously prohibitive for first responders such as law enforcement, fire departments, EMS and emergency utility providers.
